"We had no idea if our issue was huge or minor. We were extremely pleased that repair was covered by our warranty. Jonathan Mast was professional, courteous and conducted quick servicing that has lasted with no further issues. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone I know."

"I recently used PHR A/C and Heating for maintenance and was very impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service team was polite and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The technician Erick arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and explained my options clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well my system is running. Their pricing was competitive, and there were no surprise charges. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely use them again for any future AC needs. Highly recommend!"

"Jamarkus my service technician was very thorough in servicing my heating unit and did an unscheduled ac inspection. Provided excellent service."

"My thermostat was calling for heat and it was not warming up the house. I called Nicks Plumbing bc I saw they also did ac/heating services. Ronnie was my tech dispatched to review the issue. After investigating he determined the control board was bad. He also evaluated the system and made additional recommendations on safety updates and duct work. All I could Afford at the time is the computer board replacement. The verbal price quote was good but the final invoice was higher either due to inflation or increased costs on parts and labor. I canâ t fault Ronnie for this but assume if I got cheaper labor or parts Iâ d deal with other issues in the future or earlier break down. I felt I could trust Ronnie and his recommendations and felt good with the repairs and service."

"I hired Andres to do a maintenance and he was very professional and thorough. Next, I had Andes install a new A/C system last summer. One of the two unit compressorâ s went down. The price was reasonable and the system has been running fine ever since. Andres is great and is always there if I have any issues with my A/C and or heating systems. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you."

"The repair went well. He was very efficient and overall he knew what he needed to do and he did it. We are very satisfied the service in all. He also helped us mount our thermostat on the wall. Just as a courtsey. But it was well appreciated."

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."

"They are doing a great job! Fast, efficient, and friendly. ExplainEd everything they were doing and how they were doing it. I definitely would recommend them to everyone! Fast service, I was able to get it scheduled and replaced the next day before the summer heat begins."

"Douglas Mechanical Inc. stands head and shoulders above the Competition In this day and age, when contractors don't show up, are late, or don't communicate. We initially met with Dave Dallas who was honest, consultative, conscientious, and informative. We chose Douglas Mechanical because of him. It was a great decision. Douglas Mechanical Inc. technicians were on time & did a fantastic job of installing our new furnace. Dave Dallas followed up the day after the installation was completed to see how things went. Douglas Mechanical Inc. also sent a technician out to Inspect the completed job the following week to ensure everything was connected and working properly. On top of that Dave Dallas sent us a personal handwritten "Thank You" card a week after the installation. I have been in and sales for over 50 years, & this company Is an example of how business should be done. I would highly recommend Douglas Mechanical Inc. to friends, family, or anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement."
