"Shavitz installed a new fan coil and central AC unit in December 2017. The first annual fan coil maintenance call was provided at no charge. Ramiro, the service man, arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He performed the maintenance work and explained each step of the process to me. Ramiro also recommended some changes to the thermostat settings which he programmed with my approval. Overall, i was very pleased and i will have Shavitz do the annual maintenance of the fan coil and AC unit."

The ecobee was defective out of the box, and he reinstalled our old thermostat and was back the next day (as promised) to install a replacement ecobee. Everything works great."

I have been using them for a decade and my entire family for longer. Carlos always puts the customer first, whatever it takes. As an example my HVAC unit had begun to drip & rust. Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Carlos. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. A few weeks later I learned that Full Efficiency was able to convince the manufacturer to replace my unit at minimal cost. There are few if any companies that would have taken the time or even cared. Most in fact, would try to sell you a new unit. Again that's not the way Carlos works if you need a new HVAC unit he'll tell you. If all it needs is a repair, he'll tell you that too."
