"I was very happy with the service.  Was given a time frame of 10am-12pm and he showed right at 10am.  He went right to work and was very professional and friendly.  He even answered a few unrelated questions.  When he said he needed a part he performed a temporary repair to get the fan working and went outside to check the A/C unit and did a quick cleaning.  He cleaned everything up when done.  When the part came in was able to schedule an appointment and the technician returned and took care of everything as promised.  I cannot comment on the price because I did not compare, but it seemed reasonable.  Overall I felt I got my moneys worth."

"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

Another technician came out to replace the motor and a few other parts within a week (we still had heat and we chose to schedule it this way). The technicians were prompt, polite and professional.
