He helped me get money from NYSERDA to help with the costs. On the actual day of installation Mike was around several times to make sure his crew knew exactly what to do. His crew was very considerate, clean, and knowledgable. They kept me informed as to their progress throughout the day and showed me exactly what they were doing. After the upgrade Mike came back to retest my home. The test showed just how much a little insulation in the right places can improve a home. It's been over 6 months since the upgrade and over the summer my house has been noticeably cooler and dryer. I'm looking forward to being comfortable this winter as well as using less fuel."
