John was so determined to figured it out he even called the maker. He came well prepared ready for several alternatives. He knew an arctic front was heading tonight. He just left (7:30 pm). My heat is on and the malfunction repaired. ??John much appreciated! AND all three trips and repairs were covered by my plan. I will never complain about the high cost of the plan again."

"This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation."

"I was very pleased with the service completed by Bruno. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. When it conflicted with the time I pick up my son from school, he worked around it. He was friendly, took off his shoes as he entered my home, and explained the process to me. As he cleaned from the outside of the house, he continued to explain what he was doing and what he was finding. He discovered that the grate cover was placed over the incorrect vent (bathroom vent) and made the switch for me. As a result of a missing grate, we had a bird's nest clogging up the vent, along with years of lint build up. The cleaning took about half an hour. I learned more about the fire hazard of not cleaning out the dryer vent on a regular basis. I am now sharing this information with everyone.
