Todd and Mike spent about 2 hours looking at the system -- evaluating what we needed (and more importantly what we didnt need). They provided me a VERY fair estimate for the work as well as a prompt schedule to get it accomplished. Once I agreed to the work, the teams showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They finished the work in the time they promised and went the extra distance to ensure we were happy with the system before they left (or took a payment). The most important thing is that the house is now warm throughout and much more comfortable than it was a few weeks ago. I will definitely use them again.

"Called Goff on Wed.  That afternoon I met with them and they had a written proposal ready with several options.  I made my selection and they had an appointment available to replace the furnace and air conditioner that Friday.  Three workers arrived on time and they went to work.  They replaced both units, replaced the old water valve for the humidifier, replaced the thermostat, removed the old equipment, and cleaned up both inside and outside.  The entire operation took about 5-5 1/2 hours.  They exceeded my expectations and it was a quality installation. These guys know what they are doing. 
If you are thinking of getting a new furnace and/or air conditioner, you absolutely can not go wrong with Goff!  Thrilled with the results.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"For the past two years our central AC seemed to be having problems cooling down the house. I had one company come out last summer and check for leaks and the Freon was low so they added some Freon but didn't investigate the leak. The air-conditioner worked well for a couple months and then it started freezing up again. So, I contacted Gnoth and Naragon to come out and take a look at the system that they had installed back in 2006. Ken, our technician, noticed that the King valves were not back seated properly. So he back seated the King valves and pressure tested the system with nitrogen at 425 PSI. Ken then added 1 pound of Freon to the system to get us up to normal operating levels. Everything seems to be working great! Gnoth and Naragon are very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done!
