"We engaged Bob Phalan of Phalan Construction to do a number of small to medium size projects in our home, including: building and installing stairs from the kitchen to garage, building/ finishing/ installing a stair handrail, building/ finishing/ installing doors for an existing kitchen cabinet, repairing 2 sinking decks, getting rid of squeaks in the floor, leveling a number of doors. Bob does excellent work, he really knows his stuff and is a master craftsman in all kinds of home projects, especially carpentry. We highly recommend Phalan Construction for many of your home repair/improvement projects! We definitely plan to use Phalan Construction for future projects."

"Wow - Great job from start to finish. Michele was so helpful in making this happen on such a tight timeline. The installers were professional. You would never have known they were there. They cleaned up as they were working. Everything went so well. Would definitely hire them again. Highly recomend."

"My experience with Mass Garage Doors Expert was fantastic! The owner, Ronen, came to my home and he fixed my garage door quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond by helping me program the garage door opener which is built into my car. Great company!"

"I want to give my highest possible recommendation for Craig at Mel Martin Windows! I hired them when I found significant rot and decay in the wood around my front door. Craig came to our home, evaluated the situation and created a great plan to fix everything. We ended up replacing the wood around the door and installing an entirely new door. Craig did an exceptional job at recreating the decorative brick mold we had on the door frame by using PVC products. He corrected all the previous issues and now gave us a new solution that will withstand the weather for years to come. Extremely happy with his professionalism, punctuality, flexibility and pricing. He is a true craftsman and a pleasure to do business with. Very pleased with how our project turned out."

"This company is OUTSTANDING! We had damage to the windows in the house we just bought and contacted Jeff to come out and do and estimate. His team responded immeadiately and came out the following day. Paul could not have been nicer, more professional or helpful. He look at the damaged window and was able to ascertain who installed them through a code on the window. Note, none of the other window companies pointed this out. He said that the windows are probably under warranty but if we could not get ahold of the installer we should just replace the glass through a glass company as the windows have another 5 years of shelf life. He said we did not need 16 new windows. I had 3 other quotes and all of them said we needed new windows. It is nice in this day and age to find a company that does the right thing and put integrity and good buisiness before a sale. I would never go to anyone else in the future and recommend them to every one I know."

".
The company was great, very professional and responsive even at a holiday, when service is often
unavailable from other companies. Another good experience with service from Overhead Door.

"Fairy well.
Lock on patio door poorly installed, requires a special adjustment motion to make it work.
Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used.
Otherwise the doors operate well and look good.

"The installation went smoothly as planned.  It took about a day + a little extra effort to get HomeLink to work.  The doors took about 1 month for delivery because we had ordered a custom color.

"Rudolfo came on a weekend on short notice to look at some drywall
repair.  He was on time and patiently explained process.  He is a great
guy and is very patient with my questions.  Unfortunately I decided to
hold off on the work till next year because I had to spend my budget on
other emergency issues.

"Joe is very punctual, polite, professional, and down to earth. He told me that the custom-ordered window would take 4-6 weeks to make and the installation would take one day and he is true to his words. His crew is also very friendly. Joe and his crew arrive by 7AM on the day of installation and completed the install along with the rot repair by 4PM. Would highly recommend Joe (The Siding Guy) and his team."
