Communication and scheduling (Lixia) are professional and service (both on-site and when visiting the showroom) is great. I was able to choose my storm door from viewing it online and with a brief chat from the fellow (Mike?) without a showroom visit. I've worked with Tipton twice for my installations. "Yesterday evening my garage door spring broke. This morning I called Anderson's Door Company right after they opened at 8am. They answered promptly and because my house is very close to their shop he offered to schedule me as the first appointment of the day. It's 10am and my garage door is all fixed! Scott showed up promptly. He suggested that I replace both springs even though only one had broken. I agreed and he was able to do the job entirely with parts on hand. After the replacement I asked him to walk me through what work he did and explain how to maintain the door in the future. He was really friendly and professional."

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
