They are well prepared because they know our house as we have retained them a little of ten years, since we acquired the house. There is always a good explanation at the end of what's up, like equipment that's still good, but obviously getting old, and may have to be updated or replaced. We're glad to have AC Dave as a reliable back-stop in case things might go awry, but so far so good."

These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
