"Overall, Rocky Top Air is a customer focused HVAC company.  There was a minor miscommunication on the installation, but everyone in the organization was driven to be responsive to my concern.  They proposed a HVAC system to meet our needs, and not the more expensive options.  They explained the advantages and disadvantages, and were ready to answer all questions.  They arrived when they were scheduled, and finished in one day even though they worked a little past dark.  They came back to inspect the work after completed. <br />"

"We did extensive remodeling and need to insulate the attic and fix a few areas that were not insulated properly. I put a request in through Angies List and had a call the next day. The person doing the estimate was prompt and made some recommendations that were less costly that what we have originally envisioned. An e-mail estimate arrived before the end of the day. I sent a note back the next day and the work was scheduled for today. In the past insulation contractor have been historically messy but not today. FIrst they showed up with in the window of time that was quoted, the workmen were neat and courteous. When they were done the house was clean, screen replaced and everything replaced. This involved replacing carpet with vinyl plank flooring, some framing/drywall work, painting, tiling, etc. As always Mark and his crew did a great job. "This is an older house that hadn't been painted for a number of years. The crew did a meticulous job of prepping the exterior before painting, including replacing boards that had water damage. The crew was punctual, very courteous, and highly professional. They did a thorough job of applying paint, then went over the job with a fine-tooth comb to be sure it was up to their standards. This inspection resulted in re-sanding and repainting a few boards that did not have the appearance they wanted. When the job was finished the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site. I would not hesitate to recommend The Premier Handyman and will call on them again for my next project."

"I was contacted by the rental agent that I use for one of my rental properties that the heat pump was not working.  Through the agency, I was put into contact with Air Serv.  They evaluated the system and provided me with three options including repair to the old system and replacing the old system.  In looking at the cost of each, I decided to replace the system. Air Serv provided me a detailed list and explanation of what they would provide.  I had personal contact with several people at the company from the technician, the sales person and the office staff.  All were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  The project was done as described on the estimates.  When it was discovered that the system that I had selected was on back order, Air Serv upgraded the system to a better one that they had on hand without additional charge so that the tenant would have heat. <br />"

"All work was completed in 6-7 hours. All debris and removed units was removed. There was an issue with one of fan systems. City Heat and Air had a technician here the next day! All is well so far 3 weeks after the replacement systems have been installed. Also the warranty info has been registered with the manufacturer so we do not have to send any additional paperwork.. HVAC units cost $11,000 for all labor and equipment. Steep but better than failure down the road."

"<p>John has done several jobs over the years for me. I have 2 rental houses and my residence that h has worked on. He is great to work with and always does a top notch job. He has great people working for him and John always makes sure the customer is happy.</p> <p> I had a small issue with the tub faucet being installed improperly. I called John up and he came right out and fixed it. Took less than 5 minutes but I was impressed with how quickly he responded.</p> <p>In one rental house he completely rebuilt a bathroom with new subfloor and flooring, new tub and tile on the wall.
