"American Attic was everything they promised. Met with the owner , Sam, within a day to get a quote for removal of old insulation, rodent control and install of new insulation. He was professional and explained everything in detail of what was work was going to be done and how long it would take. We scheduled within a week at a reasonable price. His crew were neat, organized and finished on time! We were notified of some extra things that were found while they were on the job but were not pressured to have those things done. We recommend American Attic to friends or family and would definitely use them again."

"We initially contacted TGI for a new wood fireplace insert. They helped us through all of the steps as we needed to remove the existing one and replace the rock front and hearth. As you can see the finished product is beautiful. Highly recommend! Bob (owner) and Cody did fireplace install for mine. They kept the area clear and clean and were able to get the fireplace installed within the day once the rockwork was done. Having young children it's incredibly important who I invite into my home. "It went good considering the pandemic. Right in the middle of the whole thing my wife and i got covid. They have a good crew of guys each one has there strong points that get the project done. Mike overseeing the project and keeping me informed on what is going on while doing the plumbing and filling in wherever he is needed. Rick did our tile. Kevin did our floors, and darney is the finisher who makes it all shine. Honestly you guys killed it. I am not easy to work for. And most of all thank you for respecting our dogs. Ya we are happy"

"The service went fine. It was just very straight forward. They came out and did an estimate. They gave me two different estimate that I asked for and basically their price was very reasonable. They came back the week later at my convenience and in about two and half hours they put the insulation and the left a ladder, I wanted to go up and see it which they allowed me to do."

"Sam was awesome. He came out and did an extremely through and detailed inspection. He told me about the dry rot in the tails and in the chimney. He measured the amount of insulation I already had. Out of all the roofers that came out to give me a quote, Sam was the most honest about the problems. Sam’s estimate was one of two estimates that included the price for fixing the dry rot. The final price was almost spot-on with Sam’s estimate. <br /> The roofers showed up on the date they were suppose to show up; kudos to Elite for that. However, Sam and Tim both assured me this was going to be a 3-day job. The job took 5 days. There was a one day delay because their shingle supplier ran out of shingles. I got 2 conflicting stories about why there was a second one-day delay—the roofer lead got sick and it was too hot to lay down shingles. <br /> The good: The roof looks great (it hasn’t rained yet so I don’t yet know how water tight the new roof is). Sam or Tim did show up at the job site, about once a day, to check on the work. Also, I got to switch from a 30-year shingle to a 40-shingle at the end of the first day. <br /> The bad: It took 5 days instead of 3. On the first day, the workers, when they were backing up the truck, hit my gutters; I was getting the gutters replaced, so, in this case, it was no big deal. On the second and fourth day, all the workers left in the middle of the day without telling me what was going on. <br /> Caution: You want to move all your breakables as far away from the roof line as possible. Lots of debris falls from the roof and lands on the ground. Also, there are lots of electrical cords, air compressor hoses, and other stuff dangling from the room and touching the ground; these cords and hoses will knock down your garden ornaments. If you leave the door to the garage unlocked, the workers, without asking, will enter the garage; in my case, they were looking for additional electrical outlets. I would have let them use the outlets, if they asked—they should have asked first. And, if you are not getting your gutters replaced, you might want to keep on eye on your gutters as they tear off the old roof—they are not gentle on the old gutters. Also, the new gutter replacement is contracted out. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I had some issues requiring termite, and they applied orange oil--a very pleasant odor, and I didn't have to move myself, my pet, and food from the house (as with previous years-ago tenting). There was a problem with their subsequent repair work done to the wood, and I asked Dan Haakma, their wood repair specialist, to stop by to ensure the workers took care of everything. Unfortunately, much of the work was not done correctly. I was delighted to see that, instead of discovering this and then rescheduling the work, Dan stayed another 4 hours to complete the work himself--and done beautifully."

"I give the product and the people that installed the unit both 5 stars.  They work very hard and do not leave until the job is done right.  Last time they came out, it was in the middle of the summer and was very hot.  They did not complain and sometimes were here until 7:00 PM just to make sure the job was completed."
