New Construction Plumbers in Oakland, CA

"Plumbing 1 builders was the perfect team to come and help us with our needs. We got a full hardware replacement for our shower. They were quick and on time when it came to the quote process. They offered us the most competitive price in our area, while also being the most professional with the overall process. They didn’t try to upsell us on anything or spook us about our current set up, which did happen with other plumbers who came to give us a quote. They were quick and professional with the work as well. Everything exceeded my expectations in terms of execution. On top of that, they caught a weird error that was done by the builders and went out of their way to find a solution. We will most definitely reach out to them for any plumbing needs going forward!"

"Yes, my pro excellent absolutely got the job done correctly. Got me a good quote. Told me all the ins and outs that another plumber was violating to try to get more money. I really appreciate being upfront on cost and cost-effectiveness and how to prevent future issues with plumbing going forward."

"What seemed like a straight forward fix (leaking old galvanized pipes under concrete garage floor) turned into a very challenging job that was further complicated by both duplex units being involved. Nathan and his crew were simply outstanding in every way. Professional, totally reliable, highly knowledgeable and very tidy. I tell it like it is: you will have an excellent experience working with Nathan and his crew."

"Sergio's services were excellent. He was the first to call after I sent a request for recommendation to Home Advisor. He was prompt, arriving in advance of our appointment. He diagnosed and fixed both leaks (faucet and toilet) and provided excellent value for the cost. I'd call Sergio again for any plumbing problem. Thank's Sergio!"

"Great experience with this plumbing company! They did the plumbing for my garage conversion into an ADU. They were professional, reliable, clean, and finished everything on time. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!"
