"efficient and a good price, even found new replacement equipment for 1940 bath tap repair"

"I have changed the overall rating from a D to a B. On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."

"This is a general review of the services provided me by Jim Ferrell of North Alabama Tech Services as I was one of Jim's original clients when Jim started his business three years ago.  Mr. Ferrell is the ultimate professional who works full-time as an IT professional whilst owning his own business on the side (as many do to either make ends meet or share their passion with the rest of us who need it).  I have relied on Mr. Ferrell's ability to navigate through my own computer issues and he has never failed me.  I've often phoned him in a panic and he's delt with my issues calmly and professionally.  I've also waited in line while he delt with other clients who's issues were more pressing, and I have been happy to do so.  I've recommended Mr. Ferrell to many of my friends and they have certainly availed themselves of his computer talents.  I trust Mr. Ferrell in his business dealings implicently - price, work ethic, knowledge and performance.  I hope Mr. Ferrell never leaves the business as I will truly be in a panic.

"These guys were great. Good communication beforehand, provided a solid quote and did the install exactly as I had hoped for. This was for a 100 amp circuit for a high powered charger for my Tesla electric car. Jason is great, dependable and trustworthy. They got the whole job done in a day and cleaned everything up before they left. I’ll definitely hire JAS again. Highly recommend. A+"

"Rich & Mike C. were the technicians that performed the work. Very professional & did a good job judging by all the dirt & drywall dust removed. Just wish they could have done a video inspection of the ductwork as they noted some moisture present."

"Had Jim come out to give me an estimate and hid did a very thorough job.  Called him a few months later to have the insulation and ventilation needs addressed.  Jim and his crew were very professional, trust worthy and they did a great job with the installation.  Jim walked me through the work when they were finished and the price ended up being less than what he originally quoted me.  I can not say enough about Jim and the company.  It is very hard to find great companies who show up on time, are professional and deliver a great product, so I always like to praise the companies that do,  Jim and his crew were all of the above, professional and provided great customer service.  I would highly recommend North Coast Insulation and Ventilation, you will not be disappointed.  Thanks for the great work and a warm house.

"We have an odd sized bathroom in a home that is nearly 100 years old; however, they were able to remove the old tub and fit a new walk-in shower into the space nicely. The crew was polite and professional. Their rates were reasonable. We plan on hiring them again to add an exhaust fan."

"Workers were very detailed. They arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Every tiny bit of insulation that escaped their machine was cleaned up. There were no hidden costs. I will recommend Mr. Cintron and crew to anyone who needs to have all or part of their house insulated."

"Excellent experience. The owner, Ray, was responsive and considerate. They worked with us on price and were totally up front and honest. They worked quickly and took care of the permit and setting up the inspection. They gave us options on what to do to replace the furnace, but also went through all our ductwork and replaced and re-routed where needed. Everyone was professional. By far one of the best experiences we've had, even though the situation was and expense was unexpected.

Fantastic company. We will never call anyone else again and you shouldn't either!

"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and when we need his services againwe will absolutely call him."
