"They showed up late. Did get hot water tank back to being usable until it could be replaced. They left the area messy. When I asked for a price on a hot water tank replacement I could not get a firm installed price. They also cleaned and serviced the air-conditioning unit at the same time. About a week later when another contractor replaced the hot water tank I asked them about some water dripping from the furnace. It seems there was dirt plugging the drain hole for the a-frame. The other contractor did not charge extra for this service."

On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. "Excellent experience. The owner, Ray, was responsive and considerate. They worked with us on price and were totally up front and honest. They worked quickly and took care of the permit and setting up the inspection. They gave us options on what to do to replace the furnace, but also went through all our ductwork and replaced and re-routed where needed. Everyone was professional. By far one of the best experiences we've had, even though the situation was and expense was unexpected.

"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and when we need his services againwe will absolutely call him."
