"Weather was our biggest issue. Storms throughout the summer continued to require that we reschedule the start of our work. With each reschedule, Ed contacted us in advance and we easily found new start times. When the work started Ed arrived on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. From my description of the job, it is easy to tell that this job required special expertise in addressing the various issues on the walls themselves. Ed knew just the proper products and had the professional skill to solve all of them. Walls were scraped, resealed and stucco was repaired. Amy, Ed's wife, is an expert in doing detail work. It was done to perfection. Their son also works with his mom and dad. Again, a polite gentleman and skilled craftsman. We are so happy with the work done and have complete confidence in its quality. Oh, and the issue of color, just ask Amy. Along with Ed and their son's expertise, we selected on a combination of colors that looks wonderful.....I was a little afraid at first because some darker shades were selected (remember, I'm a plain vanilla girl). Trust the Staibs, they really know what they are doing. They replaced all our old door hardware and spray painted all the french doors/ windows. The outside of our house looks brand new and we've had numerous compliments from neighbors. Next year we're doing the inside of the house, I'm going to get on their schedule. Wouldn't have anyone else complete the work."

One day, the hinge starting coming out of the cement wall until one of the doors completely fell off the hinges. We went on Angies list. We called and spoke to Larry when we called. He came out that same day to give an estimate and was here the next day to fix the door. He worked fast and gave us a professional job that we appreciate more than he will ever know. We have now decided to save for the jobs we need done and will call him a job at a time. Larry is great!"

He picked up the door from the store, showed up when he said he would, replaced the door, and moved the knob and lock from the old to the new. He was always responsive to calls or texts. Work was done quickly and adequately. He even hauled off the old door for me."

"There were a few hiccups that resulted in leaks in the house. A lack of communication we never knew when someone was coming to work on the roof or not and phone calls went unanswered. Jaime was great with communication and he hand delivered needed material but I guess he is gone and that’s a shame because he was a great guy and kept his promises. In the end all of the leaks are gone and they sent in a guy to repair the damaged interior areas and he was fantastic. I know some of the things that happened were beyond their control but 5 weeks to complete the job with the roof leaking was crazy and caused stress. As stated they took care of the damage inside of the house. Thank you Total Home Roofing for all of your hard work it is appreciated."
