"We called them to get a quote for their service. It took a whole week for them to come and take a look. The guy that came was super unprofessional. He only stayed 5 minutes and asked me where all the mold was. He didn't hardly even look at it. He just walked in and out of the bathrooms quickly and acted irritated. If he hadn't been wearing their shirt I wouldn't have thought he was a mold guy. He came early in the day on a Friday and I did not get the bid until the following Monday late afternoon after requesting it a few times. The bid that came back was significantly higher than one of their competitors so we ended up going with the other guys who completely explained the process and spent time looking at the issues and were very friendly."

They put what was going on in my house in perspective for me, which was really nice. Of all the people I know and have talked to, they were the most knowledgeable. Their 3:46.5 was good. All of their presentation was really quality, knowledgeable and experienced. They were really good. The advice they gave me was very detailed and very knowledgeable. They provided immediate responsiveness. I would absolutely use them in the future."

"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. "I suffered a house fire in July 2014. I spent 7 months of trying to work with a group that supposedly reconstructed my house. The experience was horrible. They couldn't care less about customers, the job, etc.  One item done poorly was installation of front and back doors as well as screen doors. <br /> I had Dave Wright (Yellow Van Handyman) fix the problems. My experience with Yellow Van Handyman (Dave Wright) (HomeTask.com) was absolutely and completely awesome compared to the previous months. Dave repaired storm doors and front and back doors that had been poorly installed. Cost was reasonable. Repair was done in a timely manner and Dave was courteous and professional.  The experience was a "breath of fresh air".  Thanks so much!  I will work with him again. <br />"
