"I would not recommend this plumber/ provider. This provider was unable to work with me to find a solution to fix my issue. He made excuses and was unable to hear my needs. When the work was finished to my satisfaction he would only make excuses and justify why he did what the work he did. The fixture does not match what was previously installed. Even though I was promised he would install a matching replacement he did not show up with the part. He alter the set up and only made excuses when I questioned why. He told me it would take days to show up with the replacement part."

"I live in Tellico Village and we were having issues with slow flushing and bubbling sound in the drains. I called WhizPro to come out. Online and on the phone I was told it is a $99 service fee to come out. That quickly changed $420 because it is considered ?complex? after he noted water in the sewer clean out pipe. The plumber mentioned it could be a problem with my grinder pump. I told him that the POA maintains that, and I would need to call them if this is the issue. He unsealed the basin lid and noted it to be full, indicating a malfunction. I went inside to call the POA Water Works. Meanwhile, he opened the electrical box for the grinder, which he later told me he is not supposed to do. He ran a voltage test and told me my grinder was ?burned out?. I told him the POA water works is coming, and they will manage the job from this point. He declined to reduce the $420 fee to $99 despite only taking off two lids. Would not recommend. "

"We called Mr Appliance in June to help with a smell in our dishwasher. At that time the tech told us he found what he thought was the source and remedied it. He also informed us that if the smell comes back within a year it would be covered under warranty. Fast forward 3 months later, the smell is back. When we called to ask about a followup visit they proceeded to say it was not covered under warranty and charged us another $140 to come out for diagnostics... okay, cheaper than a new dishwasher, please come out. On scene the new tech tells us he cannot find anything wrong. Proceeds to tell my wife to clean it more often then charges us another $50 for customer consult. $190 later we're in the same spot + a HUGE scratch on our hardwood floors. Would not recommend. I am in the process of following up for refund of the $50. 😡"
