"They were very quick and responsive. Had a guy come out to do an estimate and gave us a quote fairly quikcly. We had 4 different vendors to look at our fireplace and they all recommended taking off the siding and re-insulating the firebox on the exterior wall to eliminate the draft problem.  They told me that they would know more once they had a look at the insulation and took a look at the back of the fireplace. "I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Beginning with the salesman, Brooks, there was no pressure to purchase the gutters. There had been a misunderstanding regarding our interest in purchasing a new roof and Brooks called the roof representative. Stephen was able to make it to our house while Brooks was still there and explain the available options. Again there was no pressure to purchase. After considering our options, we chose to go with Leaf Guard for both roof and gutters. We had to wait about two weeks before they were able to install the roof and six weeks to install the gutters. This is not a disparaging statement, rather a reality because of how busy they are. Once the process began, it went very quickly and smoothly. The roof was done in about a day and a half and the gutters took less than a day. I came home for lunch during the gutter installation and Brian caught me and took the time to explain what they were doing. While he was talking, I remembered something I wanted to add to the installation. Brian was not able to do it that day but he made sure it was completed. I have never had to replace a roof and/or gutters before so I was not sure what to expect. Everyone from the person who answered my initial phone call to the follow-up after completion were completely professional and efficient so even without any certain expectations, everyone performed in an outstanding manner. Yes, LeafGuard gutters are more expensive but the cost is worth it because I will never have to go on the roof to clean them out again. They were incredibly prompt, showing up at exactly noon when they said they would. They were very courteous, and good about diagnosing the situation. When it was determined that it was only condensation and nothing could be done, I wasn't even charged. This after two trips onto the roof and one into the attic."
