"VERY POOR COMPANY - The bad roof they replaced was much better than their new roof! Left nail holes on the ceiling throughout the whole house. They promised to fix but never did! Had an obese 400+ pound worker stomp around on the lumpy plywood roof! Their big heavy truck left huge cracks and ruined our concrete driveway! "I got duped by these people. I got a call from a guy named Rico (?Rigo?) who told me that the monitoring system was reporting an error that, if not fixed in short order, would result in the cancellation of my warranty. I thought that this was a little odd because the app I use to monitor my system showed no problems. Still, I agreed to have a technician come out to take a look. An inspection, repair, and panel cleaning were promised. When the technician came out, he spent at most 10 minutes on the roof. He told my wife that he found no problems. The only panel that needed cleaning had some leaves on it that he swept off with his foot. For that, I was charged $1260. I called to complain, but Rico was unbudging. I'm not sure what happened. When this company installed my solar several years ago, they were competent and professional. Not any more. Avoid these scammers like the plague!"
