"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

"My experience with Chris was fantastic. Very professional, work is thorough, and he did not cut any corners. Very easy to work with to get the job done exactly as the customer wants. Services included removal of a load bearing wall, new windows, door, electrical, cabinet install. We drew up a wish list which ultimately became a detailed plan with two rooms, a full bathroom, an egress window, new stairs and electrical box, and storage that included many shelves and doors. Other contractors might run screaming from customers like us, but these people—these talented, highly-skilled, hard-working people said, “Okay!” Over the years really good men and women have help repaire and maintain our homes. No one provided the level of service that Russell Renovations provided. We were immediately impressed with Tim Russell’s responsiveness. His communication was great. He was fair in his estimate and realistic in his scheduling. When work began on our project, he and his son showed up when they said they would show up. They worked long hours and honored their commitment to getting this job done on time and within budget. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They also happen to be delightful, exceptionally considerate human beings. In addition, the other trades they brought in were very good. "I had ice jam damage to my flat roofed sunroom. I called several companies for estimates, some stating my job was too small for them to bother with, others saying I needed a whole new roof without ever getting on a ladder to look at it. Rick from Tri Town Roofing came out and not only examined the roof, determined my problem, but also took photos to show me what he was talking about. I was so happy to know I didn't need a whole new roof right now! After deciding to hire them, they stated they would fit my job in between other bigger jobs they had. On a Friday night at 6:00, Rick came by to repair the damage and took photos of the repairs he did. I was billed for the work, and couldn't be more pleased. This company did not try to rip off a senior widow and I have the utmost respect for the integrity they showed. I would definitely use them again."

They showed up when they said they would, rescheduled because I needed to push them out a week, were polite and careful of my home, communicated well and were funny, too! I have been renovating an historic home and Superior Insulation has been here 3 times now as I am phasing in my project. "They showed up on time that morning and got to work immediately. They had a fair amount of work cut out for them, as I was converting my home from a 2-family home back to its original single-family home layout. They removed the 2 old hot water tanks that were in the basement, reconfigured the plumbing to tie everything together into 1 system, replaced a lot of shoddy plumbing done by previous homeowners, and installed a tank-less water heater. They completed the work the same day. There were no significant, unpleasant surprises. The work was completed 10 months ago, and there hasn't been an issue since."
