"Very great work! Not only is Terry honest but he is very professional and kind. He works with you and is not money hungry. Very sweet person and the price is very reasonable. Terry and his son put VCT tile flooring in my kitchen for me and put a white base to match the floors, and my kitchen floors look so much better than before. Terry made sure he did not leave until everything was done right. Terry is my floor person from now on because of his positivity and kindness. As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question.
