"Gas Range - shutoff valve: I was in a jam. Had a range coming from Best Buy and found out last minute that they required a new shut off valve to be installed first. This was on a Monday and the range was coming Tuesday. I reached out to PP and asked if they could come and Wednesday to replace the shut off valve and do the install after the range was dropped off. They did me one better. They had Steve come out Tuesday morning (next day) and install a new valve so that when the range arrived it could be installed immediately. As always, PP went above and beyond. Stephanie was awesome to work with for scheduling and Steve did an awesome job. If you go with Platinum Plumbing you will never be disappointed.
