"It went smoothly, beautifully and quickly!  I had been waiting for 10 days for Gallagher's to do  repairs with no success, just me calling them and them telling me that I can only speak with the technician.  Since I was getting nowhere with Gallagher's, I called Bob's Air Repair.  Their team came within 2 hours.  I gave them the information that I was told from Gallagher's regarding what was looking bad, (i.e. the fan motor).  Then Jon, from Bob's Air Repair diagnosed a problem which was not even mentioned from the tech from Gallagher's. He stated that a capacitor was bad and that he'd like to replace it first to see if that is all that is wrong with the unit, to avoid unnecessary costs.  But the unit was still only blowing warm air so Jon informed me he would need to replace the fan motor as well. It was at this point that I want to stress how much I appreciate Jon.  Since I knew a fan motor was on order from Gallagher's and that I did not want to deal with Gallagher's for this, Jon stated that I may want to call them to see if I would be getting charged anything before I cancel an order for a part that I ordered.  Gallagher's would NOT even give me an answer to that question, again stating that I had to wait to speak with the tech who came out to my house originally.  I told them that was unacceptable to wait any longer and that I am canceling the order.  I then gave Jon the OK to install the fan motor that was already in their truck!  I also needed a new thermostat installed and I made 2 requests about that.  It had to be digital and have a very easy way to change the batteries.  Bob's Air Repair had one that matched my standard.  Within minutes of all these repairs, I had cool air blowing through the house and it was just in time for the triple digit heat!  I've told my neighbors and now I'm telling those on Angie's List, Bob's Air Repair will take care of you!

"Keith, a consultant, came out, explained the different products, showed me where my system was failing, explained the cost and arranged financing. The next day, the plumber came out, removed all old products, cleaned area and installed new. He arrived on time and completed the installation on time."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. "They were good. For what they did, the price was fine. I think the thing that was unexpected for me was that they really did not go up on a ladder or anything and do the windows. They sprayed something up there and hoped for the best. Although it was better when they left, I did not know they were going to do the way they did it. You can only expect so much when they spray something on it from the ground. The quality was okay. It was not that awful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was fine. I would not use them again in the future because I do not think you can do the best job in the world from the ground on a two-story window."

When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. Brown for future projects...ABSOLUTLY!
