Gabe Judge had to go through the foya ceiling to replace an upstairs bathroom drain line which he did under budget. Justin Wilson replaced my galvanized pipes with copper pipes for the water supply lines and my water pressure is like brand new. "4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"The first time I called Service Experts to come look at my leaking hot water heater, the guy who came out couldn't find a leak in my hot water heater (the pool of water had dried up) but noticed that the gas line feeding the hot water heater wasn't connected properly. I made another appointment for the following week to have the gas line fixed. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, Service Experts was late (they missed the promised time window I was given when making the appointment) but ready to work. This time another pool of water had appeared beneath the old water heater and he was able to determine that it was dying and needed to be replaced. They ran back out and had my new water heater in under an hour.

The gas line was replaced while they swapped out the old water heater for a new one. All told it took about 4 hours to complete the work, and both guys were very professional (they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old hot water tank)."

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms.
