"The filters are only sold through air conditioning contractors; they don't sell them to anybody. I am a little bit concerned that this is the second time they have told me that I have lost some Freon. I had it done only six months ago before that. I couldn't find the leaks and I admit that it is an older unit. There is only about seven pounds of Freon and they added a pound. That is not a small amount. I am a little bit disappointed there. Other than that they came out and did a good job. They cleaned up and didn't leave a mess in the house. They were very efficient. They cleaned the outside area. It is only about the Freon and it is obvious that it is leaking. They did get things fixed and everything works fine after that. The people who came out and did the work were fine. But it is a little difficult to get things scheduled at times with the people in the office. We have had a number of people come out here. So far they have been the best. They come out when they say they would and they do a pretty good job. I don't find any tools left around or anything left open. They do clean up after themselves which is good too. I would probably use them in the future."
