"Techs and office staff are great! They can always get out for emergency service when needed. Our old company had us on a long wait list. Four Winds had us fixed the next morning. They installed a new furnace, a mini split, and they do all of our repairs. Very happy with them!"

"Great customer service! Got a quote the same day the appointment was. The ac had gone out and they were there with some window airs the next day. Went ahead and got a new HVAC system (desperately needed). Their communication is impeccable! The price was mid-range (I was expecting more). Hope this helps you make the best decision for yourself."

"The company's thermostats are a little expensive, but the customer service and quality are exceptional."

"Andrew was able to work around my schedule to get my heat back up and running quickly! Highly recommend for his expertise and professionalism. Five stars!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It has been a long time ago. They were good. My only problem was in an emergency, they did not return my call and I called someone else. I was very pleased with the new one which was Rohdy's Heating and cooling in Dowagiac. I have used them ever since. I apologize for not being more accurate, but it has been a long time ago."

"This installed a c complete air condtioner system at a fair price. I am recommending my family and friends for repairs and/or complete A/C installation.Thank you ACE. Marilyn Bethany."
