"John was great. I submitted the request on Home Advisor to help with a busted furnace and John called me within 10 minutes. He offered to come out right away even though it was late at night. Since it was a non emergency we set up a next day appt. He was a little late, but was able to come in diagnose the problem, but didn't have the specialty parts with him. He was willing to come back after i got home from work at 9pm to finish the job and never charged any extra fees. Overall great job, great customer service, great guy! Will hire again if needed!"
