"They installed the HVAC system in our home a couple of years ago. I’ve been using their service ever since. Last Tuesday, Feb. 17, they sent a technician to service our furnace. The technician was very professional and courteous. The rate charged was very reasonable and affordable. I’m very pleased with their service. "Replaced my gas furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump. The only company I contacted who did a thorough analysis of my home and electrical system to determine exactly what I needed. Side note: I requested this service because my furnace quit working. The technician who came out to evaluate my home repaired the furnace for free while doing his analysis. I still bought the heat pump, but this company definitely did not simply try to just sell me one."

From scheduling, to multiple follow-ups and reminders, re-confirming exact appointment time, and the post-inspection follow-up, they have truly impressed us. More importantly, Michael Taib, the technician who performed the work at our home, was indeed a true gentleman and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am familiar with the type of HVAC related work requirements, the lingo, and technician data. I quizzed him several times and he constantly responded with 100% honest and factual answers. He tirelessly worked on both of our HVAC units and performed the necessary services and repair. He was polite, courteous and clean.
