Not only did the tech steal money from my disabled mother the ac unit he "serviced" two months ago has now died.Don't bother talking to the person who answers the phone as she is condescending & rude.They should be ashamed of how they treat people.run the other direction as far and as fast as you can,unless you like throwing your money away."
