He was very nice and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what happened. He also checked to make sure the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty and provided me with the price to fix it before he started. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."
