He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"it went very well. from the minute jerry and his helper arrived and started to carefully protect and remove furniture from construction dust to the time they moved it all back, they acted in a professional manner. jerry had to replace a lot of drywall. it was done seamlessly. the same with my front door. it was painted and repaired so that it looks brand new. Our job was handled well from start to finish. First, I called and left a message that I was interested in a quote. Philip called back within a couple of hours and we set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, reviewed what we wanted done, provided a couple of options, and gave us quotes for each. We had originally planned to replace only 8 damaged panels but decided to do all 14 based on the practicality and economy of doing the complete job. We scheduled it for the very next day. Again, Philip and his co-worker arrived on time and got right to work. The job was completed in about 4 hours. The new screens look great and the new doors are a big improvement."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"
