"I called Steve on a Monday afternoon at 1:30pm and they came out to my house the same day (Steve and his son, Tyler) at 4:30pm. We currently have an oil furnace with a gas insert. My gas bill with UGI seemed to be double of what it was prior to a fix that someone did for us back in Oct 2015. Steve came out and said the thermostat was not set correctly and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and we will be using him again when we replace our gas furnace. Thanks Steve & Tyler!"

I don't often leave reviews. However, when it is warranted, I feel the need to both show my appreciation and to spread the knowledge to others who are looking for a trustworthy company. I'm happy to have found a local family run business to help us. It's been a far better experience than inviting a corporation who only cares about profit margins into our home. "The first guy needed a part. The second guy came with the part, fixed it and tested to make sure it was working correctly. He seemed very competent and explained what he did. The cost was fair and better than other providers. He cleaned up when he was done. He also explained the various maintenance contracts."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

She called me soon after I placed my request on Home Advisor and walked me through everything and was also available after typical business hours. This was great since I'm typically not out of work until after 5:30 pm. She communicated with me every step of the way, either by e-mail or phone, and explained the costs before any work. I think we spoke on a Wednesday and they were out on Friday morning (due to my tenants' preference) and had already replaced the aging water heater by Saturday morning. I was very pleased with their customer service and prices. I will definitely hire them again in the future."
