"They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it.
