"21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy. Hopefully we get 20 years out of the new system. If not I have no doubt that Superior will respond quickly and professionally after the first call for service or repairs. Thanks again Martin. "Incredible Service. After several weeks of itchy skin, we realized our water softener wasn't working. Upfront was one of the companies we called. I appreciated the fact that they were in contact with us through the entire process. DJ was the plumber that came out. I appreciated before coming into our house he took the. time to put on protective booties. It only took him 30 seconds to figure out that the valves to the water softener had been turned to the off position. Apparently when our water heater had gone out, the plumber who came out to do the repair had neglected to turn them back on (that plumber was not from Upfront). While it would have been easy enough to leave then, DJ took the time to run additional tests to confirm that may have been the issue. At this point it appears that was the issue. DJ's service didn't stop there. In addition, he gave me pointers on how to prolong the life of our water heater. Lastly, on case there were further issues with the softener, I requested a bid. It was promptly delivered to me within 10 minutes. Better yet, Upfront's price was $1,000.00 less than that from another company. While it seems we may not need a water softener at this time, I do know that going forward, any plumbing issues I have, Upfront Plumbing will be on my speed-dial."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up. I’ve been through absolute h*** with every contractor I’ve ever hired. When my water heater went out I was absolutely terrified to hire another one. Finally for once, I felt like they wanted me to actually enjoy and use what I paid for. That kind of professionalism and pride in workmanship is impossible to find these days.
