I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb! George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner.
