"The service was Excellent from start to end. Starting with communications with Rhonda with setting up the appointment to the direct interaction with the service technician - Steve- it was a very good experience.  
The first visit; Steve came by and noted that the my bathroom had some tile damage and confirmed that it was leaking (causing wood rot damage). He fixed the leak and advised me to wait until the wood had had a chance to dry prior replacing that particular toilet. There were some other damage - grout and tile - that I needed to repair on that bathroom. I followed his advice.  At this time in addition to the repair, he went ahead and installed a toilet in another bathroom.
The second visit; after making the recommended repairs - using Wood Rot repair big deal, different vendor and review - I recalled Rhonda who was again able to quickly accommodate a new date (this time on a sunday). Steve returned and installed the 2 toilets and we are very satisfied. It was reat doing business with this contractor, I will not hesitate to use them again.

"My AC stopped blowing cold on a Saturday night during a heat wave in Houston. I called Bellaire AC Sunday morning, and Charles came out the same day. He obviously had a lot of calls that day because he arrived around 8:00 p.m. I don't know that most AC technicians would be willing to continue working that late. If he hadn't come I would have checked into a hotel because it was over 85° in my condo at that point. It turned out the condenser fan had stopped working because of a bad capacitor. Charles replaced the capacitor and put in about 3 lb of coolant. Charles is very knowledgeable. As he was working he explained the technical details of how the system works and what he was doing. I will call Bellaire Air Conditioning again the next time I need them, but hopefully that won't be for a long time."

"The examination of the system was complete and thorough.  All repairs were performed well and promptly.  My only complaint about this experience was that the technician who performed the examination was late for the appointment and didn't make contact to explain the delay.  Overall, I was completely satisfied with Tharling A/C and will use them again in the future if necessary.

"VERY VERY HAPPY with services provided by Dave Wilson from Wilson Mechanical.
First, the quality of his work was awesome.  He arrived when he was scheduled, performed all the work and cleaned up after he was finished.
He turned my AC system into a nearly state of the art AC system, truely a system that "conditions the air".
I have always wanted to use the super high efficiency Air filters because of my allergies, but they restrict air flow and cause the AC system to not cool very well, because there is not a lot of air movement.  I had two, 20x20 air intake filters.  Dave did the calculations, and informed me, that even using the super high efficiency filters, increasing my air intake to two, 20x30 intake regsiters would be more than adequate.  However, he also said that I am not causing any harm by installing 4 AC intake filters, so, at my request, he installed four, 20x30 Air Intake registers.
Installing the second Air Register in my Master bedroom was also a very significant improvement.
I used to have a window AC unit in my bedroom, because the master bedroom did not get cool enough in the evening, now it gets plenty of AC.  I got rid of my window unit!
Dave worked with me to allow me to purchase the Honeywell UV light, and my Programmable Honneywell thermostat, and he installed it for me.  He also installed the UV light to only turn on when the AC is running, and turn off when the AC/Heat is actually blowing air, and this saves the UV light (they do get weak over time, even before they burn out), and it also saves me some electricity usage.  I would not even have known to ask for this option, so I do appreciate the extra effort to install the UV light this way.
I am also confident that my Air is as clean as it can be, combining High efficiency air filters, a Electronic Air Cleaner, and a UV light.  I have already noticed a improvement in my allergies at night.
Dave seemed to be extremely knowledgable and I felt very comfortable with him upgrading my AC system.
Now, please do not ask me how the Furnace is working (Dave did the install in June, and it is July 2nd as I write this)!!  I will update this review in the winter, when I have a chance to use the furnace!  However, the Furnace does provide the air flow for the AC system, and my AC seems to me  (very un-scientific) that it is blowing more air then before, and that is always a good thing.
Again, very happy with all the services, and Dave will be my AC technician for the forseeable future.  Thanks Dave!"
