"Everything was great! Rob is extremely accommodating with working out times that will work for you. We had no hot water and they truly looked at this as an emergency. It was Memorial Day and they said he would come out and no extra charge for holidays. We had plans and didn't want to ruin any place he had so we had him come out the following day. Furnace is fixed. He didn't try to change for additional services that weren't needed. Very pleased. Just one complaint. My husband said Rob would mail us a receipt and I haven't received one.
