"Our very old home in the city of Buffalo had a large cast iron sewer line leading out that was clearly on its last legs after one hundred and thirty years--and in the middle of the winter the line finally broke open. The pipe was broken right at the junction where the sewer line entered into the foundation of the house before turning to the street. The fear was that if the pipe going into the wall also came apart during this replacement we would need to bring in backhoes and all that sort of thing. After getting one quote of a somewhat-too-easy "Five thousand dollars," I decided to try another plumber. I called Cellino based on their reviews. John C. came out, gave me a straight-up and detailed quote, explained carefully what he would do and how he wuld do it, and after a couple of days I decided to follow my instincts. I thought I could trust this man from Cellino, and I was right. Once I set things up, I crossed my fingers. I say this because, again, if that pipe in the wall did break, then things would certainly have taken a negative turn. John knew I was worried about that, but he was patient and assured me that he'd do everything to keep that from happening. In short, the main (broken) pipe was removed, new PVC was installed, and after a few hours we had a system that was up and running and likely to last another one hundred years. While I understand that Cellino doesn't pretend to be the cheapest plumber on the block, we are reminded that we get what we pay for most of the time. And in this case they did save us three thousand dollars. Of course we are going to call on them again, and we already have a project that we expect to tell them about in the near future. *My rating doesn't include a response to punctuality because this was not a time-critical matter as we have a second sewer line and I had set aside an entire day for the work to be done. John was in fact delayed at an earlier job, but he called and assured me he was coming. And that's that. Again, I paid a third of what the other plumber was asking for. At the end of the day I wrote a check for the exact amount on my estimate--down to the penny."

My furnace broke on Thursday night, so I called for a quote on Friday afternoon, thinking that I might be able to have them take a look sometime on the weekend. They initially scheduled me for Saturday afternoon, but I got a call later saying that they were in the area and could swing by that same day (Friday). Chris, the owner, and Austin came by, took a look, and got me a quote for a repair, a basic replacement, and a deluxe replacement. "24 hour service with NO up charge. Requested a repair, no heat. Existing Lennox furnace was 30 years old. Our first contact with Technician Nick was an indication of the professionalism and expertise of the company. Nick showed up sharing with us, great coffee from Lewiston. He found the furnace blower seized up but also the beginning of two cracks in the heat exchanger (CO hazard). Nick showed me the cracks with a camera. The furnace break down occurred the day we were supposed to leave for vacation. Belknap accommodated us with same day service and replacement with a new furnace. Everything was explained. People were in and out all day. Scott measured. Chris issued a proposal. Dave and Corey installed. A new Ruud furnace replaced the Lennox. The installers replaced all the exhaust pipes including that for the HW heater, disassembled the unused wood burning furnace connections, did electronic hookups to the circuit breaker panel, installed a hard wire combination smoke /CO detector and a new digital thermostat. All old equipment was removed and the work area cleaned up. The new setup looks much better, smaller and shiny. All conscientious and thorough guys. We chose not to replace the air conditioner (suggested due to the old style metal drip basin) since it still works. This would have cost more than the furnace. We felt the furnace install price was very fair considering the amount of work completed and the heat emergency. Give this company a call when you need heat!"

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!
