"Thermal Advantage came out/assessed my home insulation needs for wall insulation improvement. Price was very reasonable, too. Our home built in 1964 so the interior walls were are empty cavities where the heat/humidity of summer and the frigid/cold of winter permeate into our home via those empty cavities. The A/C and central heat come on much LESS frequently with the thermal insulation technology pumped into those empty cavities that keeps our house interior at least 50% to 70% or more cooler and warmer year round. GREAT WORK/GREAT insulation technology without having to tear out drywall or removal of any exterior panels, etc. Simple holes are pre drilled and thermal insulation pumped inside those cavities and perfectly round caps are applied/sealed with caulking and painted over with same color as exterior. Does not affect look of our homes stucco exterior, either. Clean up was performed with little to no residue or debris. It was by chance that I found Thermal Advantage since few company's are capable/equipped to do this work. "This is the second time we've worked with Viking Insulation. The first was through our contractor, when Viking insulated the exterior of the house (it was down to the studs during a stucco job) and also insulated our attic. As we had our 'sides and top' insulated but not our floors, we imagined that we were still losing heat (in winter) and A/C (in summer). That said, we knew it would be a tricky and difficult installation, given that the access is small, the crawl space is short and we have some HVAC ducts beneath the house. Our inquiry was answered promptly, we were given a very fair price per foot, and the work was scheduled and performed within two days. The guys who came to install the insulation were friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every bit of insulation, such that after they were done, no one would have been able to tell that numerous rolls of insulation had been brought into our yard, cut to size, dragged beneath our house, and installed.
