I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. Lisa was always available for communication and answering questions. The sub-contractors were all excellent, personable and professional. "Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

"He came out with his wife and did the measuring and showed me pictures. He would be able to start my job 2nd or 3rd week in September 2020. Said he would get to me in 2 days with a quote. A week went by and nothing, I reached out to him on Facebook and he replied he was busy and would get back to me on the weekend. Again nothing. I tried emailing, calling and Facebook again and all with no return calls or response. Very sad because I wanted to work with someone local and he seemed to do good work. All he needed to do is send back a response with something and not ghost me."

After a 6-month design process in pulling all FFE together around the Carlisle floor with quotes and specified products, the contractor and client went directly to my sales rep and purchased directly from them. I have been a designer for 30 years and enjoy building trusted relationships with manufacturers to secure the best prices for my clients. When a manufacturer then sells directly to the client or contractor for the same price, the relationship is undermined and broken. I will never use Carlisle again. Buyer beware as you will be undercut. There is no loyalty in this company."
