Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. "My gas boiler stopped working. I wanted to find a local contractor and came across Whitestone Heating and Cooling. After some research I read their reviews which were all excellent. So I called and Oscar came to my home. He and his partner looked at it and thought the leak was caused by a problen that renders the heater unrepairable. After relighting the pilot light he made a slight adjustment to the valve which stopped the leak. He could have just told me the heater was cracked and useless just to have me buy a new one to make himself more money but he didn't which i was so very grateful. He's coming back to put a sleeve in the chimney. I recommend Oscar and Whitestone Heating and Cooling to anybody who needs help with their heating or cooling systems.
