Our techs are experienced in all sorts of HVAC installation and repair, from heat pump systems and oil furnaces to air conditioner compressors and ac units. How we began As veterans of the industry for more than 10 years, we formed the company in Brooklyn in June 2016 with just one van and one technician. Fortunately, satisfied customers have rewarded us with many referrals and now we have seven vans and 15 people on our team, including office staff. We’re very proud and very grateful for our success. The team leader is Greg. He oversees all three locations and keeps us organized, making sure we respond to calls and we don’t leave until the customer is satisfied. "Matt assured me that his team could resolve the leak in my roof, and while they arrived promptly, they completed the job in under an hour and charged me $2,500 to essentially replace a few shingles. Reluctantly, I paid, hoping to get through the season without further issues. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. Despite multiple visits from the crew, they only performed minimal work, often blaming debris or other factors to avoid addressing the underlying problem. Fast forward two years, and the roof is still leaking significantly. Matt's behavior has been nothing short of deceitful. I recently spoke with his service representative, Billie, whose favorite word is apparently "unfortunately". They refuse to stand by the shoddy and exorbitantly priced work. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise against choosing Phase 4 for roofing needs. I also captured photos of their subpar work, including poorly installed shingles behind the broken siding. The best word to describe this situation is "fraudulent." Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."

"I called Munz on a Thursday morning to get an estimate. I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Connor Baptiste was my salesman and was very professional. He explained everything and took his time doing it. We had a deal a couple hours later. The dumpster arrived as soon as my materials came in. The day they started I met Billy Atkinson the project manager. Billy walked me thru everything on every morning. He’s a great employee! The roofers came first and did a great job. Very clean job!! The next day the siding came and my house looked unrecognizable by the time they were finished. The last day the gutters were installed and they look great. We now have the gutter guards so we will never need to be on roofs cleaning gutters again. Billy came on the last day of our project and we are really impressed with how great our house looks and the great customer service. Thank you everyone!!"
