"I thought by talking to the Customer Service reps and the initial meeting with the repairman that I would be able to give a glowing report about Professors of Plumbing. The initial work is very good however, the last hour of the work seemed rushed as if the repairman had to be out of there at a certain time. He did not check his work and left me with a shower head not replaced, 2 leaking drains, a bath faucet head with the hot and cold reversed, a dangling shower flange and exposed edge on the bathtub fixture. He was very good about coming back the next day and correcting all errors - including picking up his tool for the water meter that he left in his haste. I was greatly disappointed that at no point did I get an apology for the errors. In fact he stated that the original builder (30 years ago) had crosssed the water pipes and his insert should have been correct. He would have recognized his error had he bothered to turn the water on to check........"
