"Of the eight companies who bid, Greenwood did the best assessment of the somewhat quirky situation my old house presented. The estimator came just a few days before the big freeze in January, and they were able to schedule installation within two days. Once the installers were on site, there was some confusion re where various components would go, but a phone call to the company cleared that up within an hour. From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. From then on the system has operated flawlessly and lives up to its reputation."

"Bottom line - I am happy with our three-head ductless Mitsubishi heat pump installation. It now functions properly and looks good inside and out. Controllers work well. Units are super quiet. Price was mid-range so reasonable. But…it was not a smooth road to get to this outcome. Started off well with a quick response to do a site visit and prepare an estimate. The tech was knowledgeable and provided accurate information (I had consulted with a home energy consultant and did online research). It took some work on my part to get a correct final bid that included the proper rebates – I had to correct their first one because it was for two heads rather than three and then get the rebate deducted. Scheduling the installation was easy and prompt and was done in 1.5 days. The two person team had good judgement about where to put the external conduits and locate the heat pump. BUT – they installed the refrigerant lines incorrectly (crossed the connections to the pump) so the heads iced up and then leaked water. They came back a few days later to fix the problem and now the heads work fine. But they did not properly reinstall the sheathing around the lines, which City inspector noted. So they had to come out again to fix this. They have a great zero percent financing deal with Synchrony bank but could not answer questions about how it worked, the terms, etc. Took a fair bit of time to sort this out with the bank, but seems to be set up now. I asked three times to get copy of warranty and registration of equipment with Mitsubishi for my records but never did receive this."

"I hired a different HVAC company originally find the problem of my heat pump they tried a couple of things didn't work and then didn't come back are re contact me so I hired airpro through Home Advisor Everett was able to analyze situation run test and correct wiring issues which solve the problem. I would recommend and hire them again."

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"The have been very satisfactory. They are an American Standard dealer which has Trane I think. I just went ahead with that equipment so I didn't shop. They were good because actually they didn't tell me to replace the furnace that is there. They had to take it out to get a new coil. So, they didn't try to sell me a new furnace. That's a real plus because I wouldn't know. They were there right away. There punctuality was very good too. They were right on time. There professionalism was very good. <br />   They have a repair man that really knows heat pumps, which is not east to find these days. They are very complicated. When you have a system with a heat pump, it's a very complicated system. They really repair people and they need to go out to school. The people I was with, they really couldn't handle a heat pump. I was glad to drop them. But this is just not like the old gas type furnace that was easy to repair. These systems are very complicated. I would use them again because they are my Heating and Cooling people. No doubt. I wouldn't think twice."
