He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. He does a great job educating on how the water is coming into your crawlspace (or at least in my case it was a crawl space job), and he provides a set of solutions to help remedy the situation on a tier basis. Both he and the crew provide helpful videos pre-, during, and post-installation. Recently (as the project was completed months ago), my sump pump began making strange noises that you could feel through the floorboards, and I sent a message to Phillip that evening in an attempt to determine if this was a serious issue. He was quick to respond and informed me a crew would be out to take a look the house the next day (this was on a Saturday). At the end of the weekend I wrote him back to check on the prognosis, and I learned they had already replaced the pump as it was under warranty.
