They answered my call immediately (no messages had to be left), they had someone scheduled to be there within days (I called on a Friday). The toilet issue was repaired same day as the consultation. Matt, the technician who came out, completed the job quickly and the work was great. He discussed caulking options with me and provided his input on why I may or may not want to do it a specific way and let me decide how I wanted it done. He was scheduled to return the following Monday to complete the work to replace the kitchen Faucet and garbage disposal. He gave input on purchase options with him vs. getting it ourselves and pros and cons of both. We opted to buy our own and have him do the work. He provided some general guidance on brands without pushing any specific one, and guaranteed he could install whatever we purchased. He arrived on-time on the scheduled day, and performed the replacements quickly. He had me test everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and specifically pointed out what connections and piping he had to replace, as well as showing me how to do basic user maintenance on my new garbage disposal to help save me money in the future. "The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Air Pro did a superb job removing the existing 50-year-old ductwork in our home and installing all new ductwork. The house could not be cooled evenly (as much as a 10° difference between rooms), but the new system Air Pro designed and installed has dramatically improved things: the whole house is evenly cooled. They also installed an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. The techs, Alan and Mike (I hope I got their names right), were courteous, respectful, and, most important, excellent at their jobs. They ran the new flexible ducting in the attic so that we can still access the areas we use for storage. At one point some damage was done to ceiling sheetrock in the living room, but the guys immediately cleaned everything up, and Jared at Air Pro sent over a sheetrock crew the very next day to make the repair, which was expertly done. Overall we're very satisfied and can recommend Air Pro. Thanks!"

"My professional service person was Kenneth Thompson. He was professional in evey way and took the time to explain the problem and the part replacement. Mini split units when they work are the best. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. They ordered the part kept me informed by the week as to the status and quickly scheduled an appointment when the part arrived. Fast, courteous and professional service. It was woth every dollar."

"Free consultation and was very upfront about scope of work.  Within two days had emailed me a bid for the work.  Bid was very detailed and professional, spelling out exactly what needed to be done in what order.  Work included a pressure test of gas lines, the move and replacement of the water heater, and the final inspection.  During the initial pressure test, discovered gas meter in a location not up to code, so contacted CNM about moving it.  Installation took longer than anticipated, but stayed late into the evening to make sure heater was installed on time (left house at 7:30 pm).  We above and beyond the call of duty, but would not leave us without gas or hot water.  Very professional and a very pleasant experience.  Highly recommended.

"Alvin was careful to explain prior to starting work that if he required extra supplies, etc it would be on top of the Angie's price. Also, that there was the possibility that it would not be a simple replacement. I expected that. The replacement turned out to be more complicated than I'd anticipated.
The plumbing pipes for hose bibbs are installed between the vertical studs. There is supposed to be a horizontal cross brace that secures the "inside" part of the bibb  with 2 screws into the wood. Turns out, when the house was built in 1997, no cross bracing was added inside the wall, so the unsupported pipe had been shifting each time we turned the faucet on or off for the past 17 years. So, when he went to remove the outside portion, instead of "unthreading" as it should have,  the copper pipe broke off at the joint inside the wall. In order to complete the repair, Alvin needed to make an access port on the interior wall. He very carefully sawed an 8x8" piece out of the drywall, added a wood cross brace to the existing framing, secured the plumbing pipe to it, then attached the new hose bibb on the outside. After completing the repair, he carefully re-fitted the piece to the wall and used some caulk I had to cover the seam.
We were charged only for the difference in supplies, not for the additional time involved, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved that we had decided to have this done. I hate to think about some day going out to turn the hose on or off and have a fountain inside the wall.
I felt he handled the situation very well, explaining to me along the way what the problem was and how he would fix it.
