"Care did a great job with the installation of our new central A/C system. They performed an inspection a week prior on our 16-yo system as it was not cooling. It was down a significant amount of coolant (2nd time this has happened) and repair and recharging was not an option given the system's age and cost of the old coolant. Andy from sales contacted me the next day and we scheduled a meeting. We discussed replacement options. I went with a system a bit larger and more efficient than he initially quoted as it was only a few hundred dollars more. Unlike any other large purchase we have made, I did not get another quote although I had another HVAC company scheduled for a visit several days later. Prompt replacement before a long holiday weekend and my schedule was more important. AND, his estimate came in alot lower than I thought it would be. Installation went well-Tommy and Kirk were on time, kept the house clean, and communicated throughout the replacement. It took 5hrs-what Andy indicated. It is quieter and cools quicker than the old system-as he said it would. Would hire Care again."

"What I liked most about Apex is that they were very easy to contact and were responsive about updates as to when the plumber would arrive. I believe I called them on a Saturday or Sunday and immediately got an appointment set up. I had a water line that was leaking and Dale came out to fix it. He was very friendly and finished the job quickly. My only complaint is that it was almost $200 just to replace a plastic tube, and, Dale ended up leaving the discarded plastic tube on the floor of my basement. I had no issues with Apex at all, though I might search for a different plumber next time just because of the price."

"I submitted a request on Angies List for a quote on my AC unit. I was unsure if a repair or replace was needed. I almost immediately had a call back and a schedule for someone to come take a look. Mike called me before arriving and was very prompt. He was very polite and professional and took time to fully inspect the unit. It turns out a new unit was needed and he went through my options and quoted prices. The pricing is very competitive. A new unit was scheduled for installation the next day. The AC installation was done very professionally. During the install a crack was found in the heat exchanger of the furnace. Again exceptional service was provided from quote to install. Big shot out to Mike Brown, Brock, Haidar, Brian and Dakota. There was another gentlemen with Brock and I can’t remember his name. So sorry!! "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
