"When it comes to home services, CHC sets the bar exceedingly high. They installed a whole house fan that dramatically reduced the amount I need to run my AC. They were on time, professional, and completed the install faster than expected (~3.5 hours). They cleaned up after and took some time to train me on the many ways I could use the fan to save energy and improve comfort in my home, some of which I wouldn't have thought of. In an industry where low expectations seems to be the norm, to say that CHC exceeds expectations is an understatement."

"The job went very well. Adequate insulation was installed in all places. Upon my last minute request, they put spray-foam in just the right places to satisfy the fire-blocking requirement of the local inspector. Now that some cool weather has started, I think I notice a big difference in how warm the basement is. This spray foam is highly insulative with approximately R7/inch, and it seals all air inflitration gaps where it's applied. It gave off an odor for a few days, as ERC said it would, but now I do not smell anything from it at all. ERC did everything to or in excess of my expectation. They were the most cost effective option I had received of three. I would definitely hire them again. The only thing that didn't go according to plan, is they started one day early. No problem there."
