"Called Dash (Airconex Heating & Cooling) to inquire about coming out to look at a loud humming coming from AC unit. He came out later that same day to inspect, most other places couldn't make it for 2-3 days. Upon inspecting the unit, we talked through together that the 20 year old AC unit should be replaced. I dealt with many salesmen in my time trying to upsell, Dash definitely gave me his honest opinion and was more than willing to only do the repair needed to keep the AC unit running. It was my personal preference to go ahead and get furnace done as well as it was just as old. The quote he gave me came in much lower than the others I received. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in next day. Dash and his son showed up on time and installed both AC and furnace in under 6 hours. I am VERY please with the quality of work done for the installations. I would 100% recommend these guys! Honest opinion, honest advice and all around good respectful guys. Took care of surrounding areas of house inside and outside, great cleanup and removal of units too. DO NOT hesitate to call these guys for an inspection and or an estimate!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. "The repair person, Keith, came a couple weeks ago and had to order the defroster for the refrigerator.  The part was delayed coming but the technician came back once (without charge) just to manually thaw out the coils so the refrigerator would continue to cool properly.  The part was installed today and the refrigerator runs great.  He explained what was going on, exactly what it would cost, and tried to keep me informed as to the part's arrival and installation.  I would definitely recommend their services!

"It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."
