"Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS) went out of their way to get our new oil tank installed and the old one removed in the winter. We were experiencing issues with our old tank where our oil company could not fill the old tank. AMS worked closely with us to install the new tank quickly. They kept us in the loop and were on time on installation day. The installers were professional, kept us informed and did an excellent job. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves. We also use them for our annual furnace cleaning. They always do a great job and have come out on emergency calls a few times over the past 25 (or more) years. I highly recommend them."

I’d been dealing with an ongoing furnace problem for weeks and had a couple other companies come out but nobody could give me a straight answer or actually fix the issue. When Enea from Northeast Heating and Cooling showed up, he figured it out almost immediately. He was able to explain to me what was wrong in simple terms, fix the problem on the spot, and even made sure it won’t happen again. The technician was professional, thorough, and you could tell he actually knew what they were doing. After all the frustration I had before, their service was honestly a huge relief. "Overall a great job. Went out of their way to accomodate us during the work to make sure the replacements were working as the work occured during a period of 90 degree days. Cleanup could have been better, but still above average. Minor issue is the dryer vent tube was dislodged and went unnoticed by both them and us at the time."
