"They were terrific. After reaching out unsuccessfully to other plumbing services, I contacted Ultimate Plumbing. To my surprise at this point, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They also came equipped with the necessary supplies to address the conditions on site. Further, after identifying that my pressure tank was no longer functioning properly (as had been noted in the original pre-purchase house inspection 18 months before, but missed by my contractor), they removed the old tank and installed a well-reviewed replacement on the same site visit at a market competitive price. At no extra charge and without my prodding, they also replaced virtually all of the existing copper tubing in the crawlspace with PEX, while maintaining their quoted price. They also installed a cut-off valve on the pipe leading to the outside spigot, to minimize the chance of it freezing. When I subsequently received the additional filtering component for my filtration system, they again arrived on time and incorporated the new component at their stated price. My work with Ultimate Plumbing and Heating ranks among my best contracting experiences on an extensive home remodeling project.
